A copy of each submission is retained in a Digital Five archive so we can recover enquiries if an email fails to arrive. Access is restricted to Digital Five and to us.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep enquiry and customer records only for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then we securely delete them.
